​I am passionate about helping others connect with hope, strength, and new possibilities! Helping people overcome the hurdles of substance misuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, codependence/anti-dependence, and ongoing family conflict is my specialty. I guide individuals and their loved ones in reclaiming self-esteem, joy, and connection to themselves and the world around them through the healing process.​
